Dear Participants,

Poster presentations at our congress will be displayed on the LED screens located in the congress center. The poster dimensions should be 1080 × 1920 pixels (width × height), in portrait orientation.

Please ensure that your poster presentation in JPEG format is uploaded by the corresponding author no later than Sunday, August 30, 2026, via https://emc2026.congress.gen.tr

Instructions for Uploading:

1. Only the corresponding author can upload the poster file.
2. Log in and navigate to the "My Submissions" (Bildirilerim) tab.
3. Click on the title of your accepted submission.
4. Select "Submission Files" (Bildiri Dosyaları) under the "Quick Menu" (Hızlı Menü) on the right panel.
5. Choose "Poster" as the File Type.
6. Click "Select File" (Dosya Seç) to upload your presentation file in JPEG format.
