Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
- Abstracts related to the congress must be submitted via the Registration & Submission link. Before submitting your abstract, please carefully read the instructions on the registration page and the abstract preparation guidelines. To access the system, you must first create an account.
- All submitted abstracts must be original and must not contain previously published research results.
- All abstracts must be prepared in English and written in clear, precise, and academically appropriate language in accordance with international scientific writing standards. Compliance with ethical principles must be ensured, and where required, information regarding ethical committee approval should be stated.
- The title should accurately reflect the content of the study. Abbreviations should not be used in the title or in the abstract.
- The abstract should give clear information about the research and the results obtained and should not exceed 300 words (at least 200 words). Figures or tables should not be included in the abstract text.
- A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords must be provided.
- When submitting your study, please make sure to correctly select the presentation type (oral/poster) and the relevant topic area. Selecting the appropriate topic area is essential to ensure that your submission is assigned to suitable reviewers and scheduled in the appropriate session.
- All submitted abstracts will be subject to peer review. The referees will decide whether to accept or reject the paper, and decide as an oral or a poster presentation.
- Revisions of accepted abstracts must be made by the author(s). The congress committees will not make any corrections to revised versions. Authors are responsible for any spelling or language errors.
- Accepted oral and poster presentations will be announced on the congress website.
- The congress will be registered with an abstract text. Studies to be published as full text will be sent to the congress secretariat according to the calendar to be announced.
- Abstracts and full-text papers will be prepared in electronic book format.
- Each participant can attend the congress with a maximum of 2 papers (1 oral + 1 poster; 2 orals; 2 posters).
Guidelines for Poster Presentations:
- A printed poster exhibition area will not be provided. Participants will present their posters on the electronic display panels allocated to them during the days and times specified in the congress program. Poster presenters are expected to be present at their assigned panels during the designated session times to provide information and respond to questions regarding their work.
- Poster presentation files must be submitted to the technical staff at the technology desk located in the conference registration area. The submitted files will be organized and transferred to the designated electronic display panels by the technical team in accordance with the session schedule.
- Posters must include the following sections: title, author name(s) and institutional affiliation(s), introduction and objective of the study, methodology, results and discussion, and conclusions.
- The title should clearly and concisely reflect the main focus of the study. A clear visual hierarchy should be employed in organizing the content, ensuring appropriate balance among the title, subtitles, main text, and visual elements. A simple and legible font should be used, and high-quality, clear, and scientifically relevant visuals should be included. Posters may be enhanced with modern digital elements such as QR codes, interactive graphics, or hyperlinks.
- All posters must be prepared in English and written in clear, precise, and academically appropriate language.
- Posters must be prepared in PDF format. The dimensions of the digital display panels are 1920 pixels (height) × 1080 pixels (width).
