Important Notice for Participants Traveling from Türkiye

Participants who plan to travel to Bulgaria or Greece with their own vehicles are required to obtain the necessary documents for their vehicles in addition to valid passport and visa documents.

The main documents that may be requested at border crossings are listed below:

• Passport: A valid passport.
• Visa: A valid visa for Bulgaria or Greece (Not required for Green Passport holders).
• Driving License: An internationally valid driving license (New Turkish driving license).
• Vehicle Registration Certificate: Official registration document of the vehicle.
• Green Insurance Card (Green Card): International motor insurance certificate.
• Vehicle Insurance Policy: A valid motor insurance policy.
• Letter of Authorization: A notarized power of attorney issued by the vehicle owner if the vehicle is registered under another person’s name.
