• Before submitting your abstract, please carefully read the instructions on the registration page and the abstract preparation guidelines. To access the system, you must first create an account.
• Authors are kindly requested to carefully review the Guidelines for Abstract Submission prior to submitting their abstracts.
• Each participant can attend the congress with a maximum of 2 papers (1 oral + 1 poster; 2 orals; 2 posters).
• The participation fee includes lunch, the gala dinner, cocktail and coffee breaks, congress kit, and a city tour program. Other socio-cultural programs are subject to an additional fee.
• Participants who are members of the “Mikolojik Araştırmalar Derneği (MİKODER)” will receive a 15% discount on the congress registration fee. Click here to visit the Association’s website.
• Only participants who have paid the registration fee, completed their registration, and delivered their presentations are eligible to receive a "Certificate of Participation." Even if the authors have paid the participation fee, they will not receive a Certificate of Participation and their presentations will not be included in the congress proceedings unless they physically attend the congress.
• Participants who wish to attend the congress under the student registration category are required to submit an official and up-to-date document certifying their student status in order to complete their registration. Registrations without valid proof of student status will not be evaluated under the student category, and the relevant fee difference will be charged.
• Online presentations are available only to international participants.
• Guest attendance at the gala dinner is subject to an additional fee. This must be declared at the registration desk.

This category includes access to the scientific sessions as well as the right to benefit from refreshments, social programs, and other organizational facilities provided within the scope of the congress (domestic participants: 4000 TL / international participants: 80 Euro).
